      Job summary

      We have a role working across our Early Language Team and our schools team, with the expected schools being Primary and Nursery Schools.

      Part time working may also be possible.

      Main duties of the job

      As a speech and language therapist working in community clinics, children and family centres and mainstream schools you will support children with varied speech, language and communication needs to reach their potential. You will provide specialist assessments, a range of specialist and targeted interventions, and offer training, support and advice to school staff and parents. You will support children with developmental language disorder, autism, speech disorders, complex needs, and other communication difficulties. You will provide a service that considers the needs of children and families from a range of ethnic, linguistic, and neurodiverse backgrounds. You will have access to regular support, clinical supervision and learning opportunities.
