      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and pursue target biotech clients, qualifying and following up on leads
      - Drive sales growth for the Clinical Trials Division by winning new accounts and expanding existing ones
      - Develop strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and C-suite stakeholders
      - Create and implement sales programs to increase awareness of service offerings
      - Maintain and record all relevant activities in the SalesForce database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
      - 4-6 years of business development or sales experience within a regulated industry
      - Strong relationship-building skills at KOL and C-suite levels
      - Good knowledge of the clinical drug development process
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SalesForce preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working within the Clinical Supplies Industry
      - CDMO or CRO sales experience to drive connections across the industry
      - Professional presentation skills and ability to network within senior management ranks
      - Dynamic and highly self-motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal skills
      - Ability to establish a functional home office environment
