What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the subject matter expert in Workday Benefits, including configuration and data flow into vendor integrations
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex benefits-related issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency
- Document and maintain business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR, and external vendors to streamline processes and resolve issues
- Support annual processes such as Open Enrollment and new plan implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS/Benefits, with at least 3 years of hands-on Workday Benefits configuration knowledge
- Associate's degree in a related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proven troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Experience working in a global company is preferred
