- Identify possible areas for integration and work with technical team members to create API's
- Develop management reports and presentation materials using data from a variety of sources and present the data in a clear and intelligent format.
- Effectively communicate/deliver the reports and related analysis using excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proactively review and analyze reports and integrations highlighting trends and areas for attention.
- Work with the global HRIS team to implement global standards and define and implement regional specific standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers at all levels and thoroughly analyze their requirements.
- Proactively identify value-add projects and work autonomously to complete them.
- Good project management skills.
- Troubleshoot configuration, reporting, and integration systems to identify and fix root causes of integration issues.
- Work with functional experts to produce formal configuration requirements documentation.
- Configure Workday integration solutions/ requirements to meet business needs, following standard software development lifecycle.
- Analyze software releases to assess integrations impact of new features.
- Develop and execute unit and system integration test plans.
- Demonstrated depth of experience working with configuration, data analysis and reporting in a complex business environment or professional services firm.
- Experience working on team-based projects including leading one or more specific technical activity areas.
- Expertise working with Workday.
- Strong familiarity with Workday Studio, cloud connect integrations, Workday connector concepts, RaaS, SOAP and/or REST APIs
- Experience with Workday Extend and Custom Cards a plus
- Experience with Dell Boomi a plus
- Experience working with colleagues in multiple countries in a virtual team setting
- An expert user of Microsoft Excel and Access reporting and good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent data manipulation skills; comfortable with dealing with large amounts of data.
- Highly analytical, ability to draw conclusions from analysis, ability to make recommendations to HR customers
- Experience in delivering training on systems and processes; have an analytical approach to problem solving and logical approach to work.
- Ability to prioritize own workload and deliver work to deadlines.
- Takes ownership of problems and uses initiative to follow-up and further investigate any data anomalies.
- Continually looks to share and improve working practice in team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
The role demands for data integration support as well as implementing planned system enhancements. This role will provide support to specific functions/areas with close links to the role, and to special projects as directed. The individual we are seeking plays a key role in our People Solutions team to drive success for integrations. This individual will work with various functional area and business stakeholders to develop and maintain business requirements and ensure execution and delivery. This individual will work with challenging and exciting new technologies to drive employee engagement through integrated and seamless data/ SSO experiences. This role is a key SME for all integrations solutions and the role ensures that we drive consistent value to our Workday users.
