      Position title: Sr Business Analyst

      Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

      Years of Relevant Experience: 3+ years

      Key Responsibilities

      As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible to document the processes, gather Business requirements for new projects, manage content for the stakeholders and partner with developers to ensure the solutions being designed are aligned to the requirements of the stakeholders. All Roche employees are expected to effectively contribute to cross-functional collaboration and coordination and comply with all laws, regulations, policies & procedures that govern our business.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage Third Party Agreement (TPAs) Process - working with various internal and external stakeholders to execute TPAs

      • Point person for the Contract Processing

      • Budget/finance management - ability to track data and pull financial reports utilizing gSheets

      • Ability to do data assessments; gap analysis

      • Run Queries - Excel, AWS

      • Ad hoc data analysis for data assessments

      • Enhancement Business Requirement Documentation and project management to enable enhancements

      Required Experience, Skills, Qualification

      • Good understanding of the Pharma industry and various data assets - claims, sales, market landscape, payer, clinical trial, competitive intelligence data

      • Knowledgeable and experienced with managing and processing of Data Contracts and Third Party Agreements

      • Process Oriented

      • Skilled in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Use Cases, Functional Specifications; Use Case Diagrams, User stories, Process flow charts

      • Defined, and validated algorithms and performed complex analyses, including descriptive, correlational, inferential, and/or predictive statistics

      • Experience in Relational Databases and Advanced SQL query language

      • Experienced in creating DDL (Data definition language), DML (Data manipulation language) and Transaction queries in SQL

      • Experienced in Data visualization, Collection, Extraction, Cleansing, Aggregation, Mining, Verification, Reporting and Data Warehousing

      • Expert in Forecasting and predicting financial trends based on historical data

      • Knowledge of Data modeling and Data warehousing concepts with emphasis on ETL, including Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Optimization, Testing

      • . Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in interacting with Senior Leadership

      • . Work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision

      Education

      • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (computer science, engineering or other technical disciplines)
