      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Relationship Manager(s) with daily support activities related to client relationships
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for Commercial Banking clients regarding servicing requests
      - Manage post-closing requirements such as collateral perfections and covenant items
      - Work closely with the Treasury Management team to onboard new Deposit Account and Treasury Services for clients
      - Provide professional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of general banking experience, or a bachelor's degree and four (4) years of banking or client support experience
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to maintain client records for both loan and deposit accounts
      - Experience in providing customer service in a banking environment
      - Proficiency in handling customer requests and transactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in Commercial Banking or Treasury Management
      - Knowledge of loan and deposit account documentation
      - Familiarity with banking software and systems
      - Strong analytical skills to assist with refund requests and transfers
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
