Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pardot Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation solutions using the Pardot platform. The Pardot Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their marketing automation needs and provide solutions that meet their specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. Role Responsibilities • Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Pardot. • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms using Pardot. • Configure and customize the Pardot platform to meet client requirements. • Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. • Train clients/team members on how to use the Pardot platform. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Pardot implementations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Stay up to date with the latest Pardot features and functionality. Must - have technical skills and experience • Proficiency in Pardot functionality and administration, including building email templates, forms, landing pages, automation rules, segmentation, and reporting. • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing Pardot assets • Experience with Salesforce CRM and understanding of how Pardot integrates with Salesforce. • Understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead scoring, lead grading and lead nurturing strategies • Familiarity with marketing analytics and tools, including Google Analytics and/or other web analytics platforms. • Knowledge of sales and marketing funnels and how to optimize them for maximum conversion. • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and how to troubleshoot deliverability issues. • Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance, list management, and segmentation. • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and how to use them to improve campaign performance. • Familiarity with APIs and ability to work with APIs to integrate Pardot with other platforms or applications. • Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues related to Pardot, including email deliverability, synchronization, and integration issues. • Ability to create complex segmentation rules using Pardot's advanced filtering • Expertise in Pardot's advanced automation features, including Engagement Studio, Dynamic Content, and Custom Redirects Good to have skills • Experience with other marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or HubSpot is a plus. • Experience with Interaction Studio or CDP or Datorama is a plus but not mandatory. • Pardot Specialist and Consultant certificate is a plus.
