Job Description

- Publish content across all Tim Hortons social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, YouTube).
- Manage and maintain Tims day-to-day social media calendar and content mapping.
- Capture on-location content (in-office, PR events, commercial shoots) featuring product, talent etc.
- Develop engaging organic copy tailored for multiple platforms and audiences.
- Community management:
- Be the voice of Tim Hortons on social and live in the comment section.
- Monitor conversations daily, engage with our community, messages, tags and mentions.
- Stay plugged into trends, platform updates, cultural moments and be ready to jump in at any moment.
- Bring forward fresh, social-first ideas that feel authentic to the brand.
- Partner with external creative agencies, partners and vendors to bring big ideas to life and projects moving forward.
- Capture lo-fi photography and video content fit for social.
- Support influencer partnerships and campaign activations with product coordination, content review and approvals.
- Provide support on campaign and crisis reports with actionable insights.
- General admin including invoice processing and support budget tracking.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal business partners (PR, Media, Category, Guest Services, Retail, Sponsorship, Operations, etc.)
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience working in social media.
- Strong understanding of current social media landscape, platforms and best practices.
- Intermediate graphic design skills and video editing experience (Rush, CapCut, Canva).
- Experience using Meta Business Suite.
- Highly adaptable and collaborative with the ability to apply a sense of urgency in meeting tight reporting deadlines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and is energized by adapting quickly.
- Exceptional project management & prioritization skills, able to handle a high volume of requests and manage competing priorities accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically as it relates to working across various teams & departments.
- Strong attention to detail with relentlessly high standards.
- Bilingual considered an asset.
- Bachelor’s Degree, post-secondary degree in media/marketing is considered an asset but not required.

Position Overview:
Tim Hortons is seeking a passionate, social-first storyteller to help shape the voice of one of Canada’s most iconic brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands the cultural moments that bring Canadians and Tims together - from sports and community traditions to the meaningful impact of Tim Hortons Foundation Camps. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll help create engaging content that builds brand love and strengthens our connection with guests across the country. We’re looking for someone who is driven by great ideas, breaking the mould, strong collaboration and the opportunity to represent a brand that’s woven into the fabric of Canada.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our Toronto, ON office.Role and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Base salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.
