What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Automotive DMS solutions
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team focused on new business acquisition

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the automotive technology or software industry
- Proven track record of driving new business sales and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of Automotive DMS systems and the automotive dealership landscape
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
