- Provide overall Technical leadership & guidance, manage risks, issues and change management.
- Drive development, planning and execution of Business Technology roadmap to support Procore’s Corporate Initiatives and go to market strategy through development of capabilities and user experiences
- Align as a trusted advisor and strategic team member in order to understand business unit challenges and assist to strategically plan future business capabilities that require technology assistance.
- Utilize the appropriate technologies and ensure that cross-functional partners have the solutions they need, when they need them, and in the form and experience best suited to their users, both internal and external.
- Build a clear platform roadmap including new capability authorization, service maturity milestones, inter-dependency mapping, value articulation, user adoption targets, and re-use goals.
- Develop the strategy & lead the portfolio management including business plan development, competitor and industry analysis and investment strategy.
- Develop and implement sound rationale for portfolio management and managing product phase-in-phase-out plans, proactively anticipating gaps and overlaps within the portfolio.
- Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office on the intake process and prioritization of candidate investments across the company.
- Encourage high standards of performance and inspire others to define new opportunities and continuously improve the organization.
- Responsible for service measurements & continuous improvements including total cost of ownership, performance to SLAs, service reviews and benchmarking.
- Optimize the cost of the platform, including resource planning, budget and cost analysis, partner and vendor negotiations.
- Lead the delivery of a 24/7 support structure for all apps in the portfolio.
- Create and foster a team environment that encourages people to take risks and do their best, while demonstrating thought leadership in the required domain.
- 10+ years of experience in increasing levels of responsibility managing application development/delivery.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex projects.
- Related experience and managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience building & leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.
- Well-versed with IT fundamentals including Agile, IT investment/portfolio management, Enterprise Architecture, Information Management, Risk Management, and Service Management.
- Possess a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and use them to effectively coordinate team members and external resources.
- Strong understanding/experience in sales, services, marketing, CRM, content and social solutions and capabilities.
- Well versed in Salesforce and Marketo is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and focus the regional organization on team and individual objectives.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully building and leading teams.
- Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent solution definition capabilities for complex technical challenges backed by deep influencing and communication skills.
- Experience with multiple technologies in all application areas with an established track record of implementing enterprise-wide solutions.
- Ability to shape a strategic vision, drive execution and lead change.
- Positive influencing skills both verbally and through the preparation of written materials in order to build relationships, influence and negotiate.
- Ability to both influence and operate effectively in a highly matrixed and global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and experience with successful supplier relationship management programs.
- Outstanding leadership and motivational skills to ensure that technology solutions continuously meet the evolving needs of the business.

Job Description
Procore is looking for a Sr. Director, GTM Enterprise Systems, a seasoned executive with tremendous drive, intelligence and capability. In this role you will have global accountability for the applications that support Procore’s go to market organizations. You will partner closely with critical stakeholders within our Marketing and Sales teams to meet the company’s financial and strategic business objectives that result in aligned focus on delivering outcomes and experiences. This focus will be supported by a clear technology and information strategy, prioritized plans, disciplined execution and predictable, competent delivery of day-to-day technology and information services. The successful candidate will be a multi-dimensional thinker who operates not only on the basis of important past experiences, but in light of new approaches and developments that occur in technology.

Additional Information
Base Pay Range $201,600-$277,200. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
