      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and enhance partnerships with National Comcast Business Indirect Partners across the US to ensure mutual growth and success
      - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of national Partner Sales Managers and Inside Partner Sales Managers
      - Design and implement targeted marketing plans that drive specific sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners
      - Facilitate ongoing training and support for team members on the Comcast Business portfolios
      - Analyze partner performance and sales trends to guide strategic decisions and foster ongoing growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of proven success in leading teams and building strong relationships with indirect channel sales partners
      - Demonstrated ability to meet quota expectations and achieve KPIs consistently
      - Strong foundational understanding of telecom business solutions and market dynamics
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
      - Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing marketing strategies for indirect sales channels
      - Proven track record of driving cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
      - Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis in a sales context
      - Experience in strategic business planning process and managing partner bonus programs
      - Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership
