This position is a multi-site support role and business partner with the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations leadership team, participates in the development of the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and on-going forecasts, supports on-going business initiatives related to cost, productivity and inventory analysis to drive meeting financial commitments.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Strong business partner with Integrated Supply Chain organization providing analysis of conversion cost, productivity as well as prepares and analyzes AOP/Forecast.
      • Support the Site Finance initiatives, partnering with offsite Finance support, ensuring process improvements, standardization and establishing Finance standard work.
      • Independent finance leader for two of the three manufacturing sites in this manufacturing entity group
      • Support adherence to internal controls/GAAP, support annual Finance functional review and partner with ISC to recommend process/policy improvements.
      • Lead/Manage product standard costing, capital request prioritization and approvals, headcount reporting, and plant metrics
      • Help establish new plant metrics to shape and influence critical business decisions
      • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within Supply Chain Finance
      • Ability to present in a clear and concise manner to executive management regarding financial issues, budgets and forecasts.
      • Analyze and resolve accounting and operational problems and communicate to management in a timely manner.
      • Identify internal control weaknesses and process improvements. Initiate and recommend changes that will reduce closing cycle time and enhance effectiveness of financial reporting.
      • Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that all required journal entries are prepared and posted to the general ledger.
      • Analyze and review expenditures. Review capital expenditure requests and prepare ROI analysis, as needed.
      • Maintain and analyze actual vs standard manufacturing variances

      You Must Have
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
      • Strong manufacturing finance experience
      • 4+ years experience in accounting, finance or business analysis

      • SOX controls
      • Forecasting experience
      • Prior experience providing multi-site support, international and domestic
      • Ability to prioritize and manage tight deadlines
