- Act as key cross-functional partner between International & other areas of the business such as Brand Marketing, PR, Creative, Social, VM, Ops, EDU and international business partners i.e. retailers and distributors to facilitate and establish strong and efficient cross-functional collaboration and project management execution
- Support VP of International in developing, coordinating and executing specific sales & marketing calendars and marketing activation plans & events encompassing new product launches, sampling and animations/campaigns in international markets
- Brief & lead development of creative assets for in-store, digital, and events; partner with Creative and VM team to develop customized marketing and merchandising experience
- Ensure consistent and high quality execution of our business strategy within planned sales & marketing calendars for each retailer and collaborate with Operations, Social & Digital teams to support international business channels
- Be the best resource for retailers and distributors for receiving information; maintain international assets data bank including price & assortment list, new launch calendar and assets by market; share the best practices of 360 activations in the US with international markets
- Manage and support all business partners’ requests to act as a key contact person between cross functional teams and business partners to provide local market registration documents, product samples and planograms etc
- Partner closely with Retail Marketing, US Retail, Regulatory teams to create and provide updates including international planogram, price list, new innovations, US marketing initiatives, marketing, social, PR and creative assets
- Project manage & oversee timeline & execution of new market/product launches to support business development
- Consolidate, collect and track monthly reports that may include: rolling and new product forecasts, net and retail sales reports, competitor reports, general product assortment reports by country and investment tracking
- Support VP of International on preparation & execution of pitch decks for new business expansion
- Ability to execute research projects as needed
- At least 5 years of international channel/ trade/ retail marketing experience in beauty (skincare preferred)
- Strong project management, cross-functional communication & influencing and relationship-building skills
- Quick-thinking, creative, hands-on, organized problem-solver and attention to detail
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for international business development
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Willingness to work across international time zones
- Excellent presentation skills, including PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
- Have a desire to flourish in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
- English language is required for this role, Mandarin is a plus

The TULA International team is growing and hiring a Sr. Manager of International Accounts. This role reports to the VP, International and is fully remote with some expected travel for business and team off sites throughout the year. Please see key responsibilities of this role below.

Our Values:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000- $140,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a competitive annual bonus with possibility for achievement based on performance and company results.
