Offer Data Architect Digital Energy Business / Digital Power Product Line Customer experience is a differentiation factor in the market: customer experience will surpass product and pricing in importance. Data is the critical resource for the tools we use to digitize the touchpoints with our customers, and it’s this data that directly impacts our customers with its relevance, completeness, and quality. We are looking for a marketing data architect who will build smarter product information for our web/e-commerce platforms to sell products to our partners (B2B), showcasing the relevant marketing and technical specifications of our product offers. HVAC, power meters for energy efficiency control and supervising energy consumption, building automation controllers, network connectivity and software comprise the offer portfolio of the Digital Energy business at Schneider Electric. And specifically, the Power Solutions product line covers offers in categories such as advanced power quality metering, multi-function/utility metering, insulation monitoring, current transformer, power quality solutions/components, and many others. YOUR MISSION: You will collaborate with Offer Marketing teams and engineering team to deliver superior product content that will guide the customer through the most compelling and relevant features of our offers, and help the customer understand functionality and/or configuration of a product. The content you produce comes from the Digital Energy portfolio of products, with specific focus on Power Solutions offers. YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Data Maintenance and data management - Develop a deep knowledge of the data international standards with a specific focus on eCl@ss and ETIM are the foundation for the common language between a wide variety of software systems. - Mass data maintenance and transfer of data between different classification systems and versions (e.g. ETIM, eCl@ss Advanced) with automated processes, we significantly accelerate the maintenance process and achieve results in line with market conditions faster. - Use of the data in web shops and with the automated engineering in CAE systems - Specify in close relationship with concerned Product Owner all tools & solutions linked to taxonomy management and data standard management (contribution side and publishing side). · Optimization of data quality - To structure, create, and enrich product categories, taxonomies, and attributes for the SE e-commerce product catalog, according to established standards in current data model and guidelines set forth by the SE Governance community - To work closely with cross-discipline team to manage products throughout various lifecycle stages while keeping web best practices in mind, including but not limited to: initialization, enrichment, optimization of web-specific taxonomy, smarter categorization for customer browsing and product selection, and merchandising. - To collaborate with Offer Marketing teams regarding enhancement of offer presentation across multiple digital platforms and keep them informed regarding impact of taxonomy or attribute changes, proposing change requests as needed – to be a force of constructive counter-proposals. - To balance competing deadlines and priorities, as well as global nature of business partners and data team members - To investigate root causes for data inaccuracies in order to determine the most efficient way to fix them. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in product data maintenance and CAE systems. - Experience in taxonomy development, catalog management, and data organization is appreciated. - Outstanding communication skills to translate offer data requests into solutions that meet the needs of the business · Analytical skills to inform solid offer structuration within a detail-oriented, proactive, and open-minded team work environment Education/Skills Preferred: - 5+ years of professional experience in data management and if possible good knowledge of international data standards such ETIM - Background in electrotechnical/ electrical installation fields. - Master’s degree in computer science/Engineering a Plus. - Experience using databases with tools such as SQL Server Management Studio is a plus. - Ability to work in a multicultural and complex environment (functional and organizational) - Fluent in English – French is a plusAbout the company
