- Req#: 793878
- 执行公司市场部的策略，通过以下方式不断的创造需求，完成及超越完成公司的要求；
- 有效地将目标客户进行分级管理，了解目标客户的情况，合理安排拜访频率、确保正确的传递产品信息；
- 独立的组织面对客户幻灯演讲；
- 独立组织圆桌会，有效的与专家合作，以保证医生正确的处方习惯；
- 协助市场部举办区域的推广会议；
- 协助主管完成招标及医保事务；
- 及时准确的反馈市场信息；及时更新数据库信息及当前的拜访信息。
- 医药学大专及以上学历；
- 有1年以上医药企业工作经验, 业绩优秀;
- 为人诚实、工作积极主动；
- 具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力及沟通技巧；
- 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响力;
- 有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的关系的能力;
- 良好的创新，开拓能力；
- 以客户为导向；
- 良好的自我激励能力，愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作；
- 掌握演讲技巧，良好的协调及组织能力。
