      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategic launch and adoption of MRD testing in oncology settings
      - Educate healthcare providers on the clinical utility of MRD and its integration into patient care
      - Develop and execute territory plans to meet or exceed sales targets
      - Build and maintain relationships with key oncology accounts, including community practices and academic centers
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree strongly preferred
      - Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or a related healthcare sector
      - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in competitive markets
      - Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate scientific data effectively
      - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (50-75%)
