      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate, train, and support national channel partners to effectively position the full suite of products and services
      - Drive incremental sales to meet or exceed budget objectives with assigned partners
      - Establish goals, budgets, and strategic direction with each assigned partner
      - Conduct regular operations review meetings to identify and resolve operational issues
      - Provide accurate weekly forecasts and reporting via SalesForce.com

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in building relationships with indirect channel sales partners, primarily VARs and MSPs
      - Proven ability to meet quota expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Strong foundational knowledge of telecom business solutions
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of coursework and experience
      - Relevant work experience of 7-10 years

      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
