      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain alignment with key stakeholders and senior sales leaders
      - Coordinate planning and execution of go-to-market enablement initiatives
      - Manage and maintain the enablement calendar for live sessions and on-demand content
      - Develop clear communications regarding program announcements and leader-led launches
      - Implement metrics to track program success, adoption, and engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - 6–8 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, or related roles
      - Proven experience working with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams
      - Strong project and program management skills
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with enablement platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint, Smartsheet)
      - Comfort operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
