What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consistently exceed sales quotas while selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions and technology to address customer challenges
- Present HCM products and services to decision-makers and end users within an assigned territory
- Identify sales opportunities and create marketing proposals for customers based on their needs
- Maintain strong knowledge of the HCM/SaaS industry and competitors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions
- Strong understanding of the strategic sales process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a working knowledge of products and technical advances
- Experience primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) with demonstrated success

- Highly organized with a diversity of prospecting strategies
- Familiarity with the local business climate in assigned territory
