      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities within assigned territories
      - Manage and grow strategic relationships with high-value clients, providing consultative support
      - Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with senior decision-makers in corporate legal and IP departments
      - Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and solutions teams to develop tailored sales strategies
      - Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends in IP, software, and technology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS sales, particularly in legal or IP tech
      - Proven ability to sell to senior-level stakeholders at corporations and law firms
      - Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving quota targets
      - Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
      - Experience with SDRs and CRM tools, such as Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Existing network within corporate legal/IP departments or law firms
      - Experience in Intellectual Property, LegalTech, or Compliance sectors
      - Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area and travel regionally
