What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a business development manager sales structure and conversion sales representatives to execute growth strategies
- Refine and lead recapture and conversion programs to enhance service business through new opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with existing customers and consultants while identifying and developing new clients
- Collaborate with headquarters to leverage marketing and sales offerings to drive sales
- Provide support for national and local RFPs and implement tools to measure accountability and improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferred
- Proven sales management experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales management and/or general management
- Industry experience preferred but not required
