      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage a business development team to execute growth strategies
      - Refine and lead recapture and conversion programs to enhance service business
      - Build and nurture relationships with key customers and consultants
      - Manage national account RFPs and provide support for local RFPs
      - Identify gaps in conversion standard work and implement improvements with key stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferred
      - Proven sales management experience
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
      - Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales management and/or general management
      - Industry experience preferred but not required
