      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary technical contact and support for Premium Support customers
      - Onboard new customers to the employer's platforms
      - Conduct proactive health checks and product training to ensure customer success
      - Advocate for customer feedback with internal stakeholders
      - Research and resolve technical issues promptly, providing recommendations and action plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems
      - Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish technical credibility
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven problem-solving abilities and a collaborative attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
      - CISSP or ITIL Certification
      - 3+ years of experience in Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management in a SaaS organization
      - Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms
      - Experience with Python scripting and RestAPI
