      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Lead the onboarding process for key customers, including technical discovery, system configuration, and end-user roll-out
      - Make architectural recommendations for software deployment and other technologies to ensure high availability and scalability
      - Deliver best practices and consulting based on previous successful customer deployments
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during the onboarding process
      - Identify integration opportunities to enhance the collaboration platform within DevOps and technical teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 5+ years of Technical Account Management, Customer Support, or Sales Engineering experience
      - Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, and container platforms
      - Knowledge of open source and SaaS technologies
      - Strong communication and presentation skills
      - Experience leading technical projects and engaging with IT executives

      - Previous experience in software development or working with developers
