What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as an immediate point of contact for issue identification and resolution, escalating as appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to effectively resolve delivery issues
- Manage frontline phone and email inquiries to address and update reported delivery problems
- Communicate all delivery changes and updates to relevant business partners
- Support brand-specific initiatives and educate partners on delivery processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional presence in communication
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
