- Develop and implement new equipment/machine/fixture and execute new processes.
- Analyze experimental results.
- Troubleshoot processes and equipment/machine/fixture issues.
- Write reports and give presentations to the management team, which include cross plant and function.
- Such other comparable duties as may be required by the direct superior.
- Master and above in science or engineering of Mechanical or Mechatronic, Electrical or Electronic Engineering and physics.
- Minimum 3 years of proven track record and working experience in related working environment.
- Experiences in Battery manufacturing process, good knowledge and hands-on in resistance / laser welding processes, equipment and troubleshooting.
- Experience in statistical software, such as Minitab, JMP, etc...
- Familiar with PLC & Labview software program.
- Good English speaking and writing together with good presentation skill.
- With DOE (design of experiment) and thermal knowhow will be add in advantage.
- Good in accountability, drive for result, analytical thinking, planning and organizing.
