Job Description

Participate in Design Rules, Design of Manufacturing (DFM), Gap Analysis, feasibility studies, root cause & solution analysis, manufacturing support and documentation.
Establish methods and design guideline, creating and maintaining design guide for recurring design problems, both historical and perceived.
Perform Development & Improvement engineering duties as required within his job scope.
Good Process/equipment knowledge in semicon packaging, assembly especially in Al WB, Cu WB and Power packaging is essential.
Strong working knowledge of worst-case and statistical tolerance analysis techniques, functional dimensioning and geometric tolerancing.
Ensure that appropriate documentations are correct and in place.
Complies with the proper operating procedures and specifications.
Participate in the training of other engineers or personnel within his/her area of expertise.
Performs other functions from time to time as may be assigned by supervisor
Degree/Masters/PHD preferably of an Engineering course or Materials Science/Physics
At least 10 years of experience in the same/related field
Knowledge and experience in Simulation & Computer skills
