What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and develop outbound pipeline for growth companies
- Execute effective outbound strategies targeting high-growth startup accounts
- Maintain organization and focus to achieve optimal results in sales efforts
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide deep expertise during customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to support overall team success and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record in sourcing sales meetings through outbound prospecting
- History of consistently achieving stretch targets with creativity and organization
- Comfortable running product demonstrations and managing a pipeline of 15+ opportunities concurrently
- Strong communication skills and detail-oriented approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a recruiter or in Recruitment Operations, using Ashby or similar tools
- Experience selling to Talent Acquisition professionals
- Background as a top-performing inbound and outbound Business Development Representative before transitioning to Account Executive
