What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads while developing outbound pipeline strategies for growth companies
- Execute effective outbound strategies targeting high-growth startup accounts
- Maintain organization and diligence in managing a pipeline of 15+ opportunities concurrently
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide deep expertise during interactions with prospects
- Collaborate with team members to support overall team success and contribute to a cooperative work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of sourcing sales meetings through outbound prospecting activities
- Consistent achievement of stretch targets through creativity and organization
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple meetings and opportunities efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a recruiter or in Recruitment Operations, with familiarity using Ashby or similar tools
- Previous sales experience targeting talent acquisition professionals
- Background as a top-performing inbound and outbound Business Development Representative before transitioning to an Account Executive role
