Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Vision : Creating and retaining customer centric, prosperous and committed channel partner network who are aligned to the FD business strategy ensuring achievement of sales & market share leading to market dominance. .
Augment FD channel to increase reach and coverage
Scouting of prospects for identified network corrections
Assist in documentation of shortlisted parties
Launch the GetSetGo Onboarding program at new dealership
Help dealer in establishing Secondary network enhancement
Ensure Sales Force Adequacy and quality as per norms
Help dealer in recruitment of sales personnel and ensure their FDW registration along with KYC
Nominate the teams for periodic trainings
New dealer tracking in terms of infra readiness of Showroom & Workshop readiness as per commitment
Improve FDW utilization levels at dealershipsPreferred Industries

Critical Experience
Operationalizing 100% new appointed dealers
Optimize Regular & New age channel through availability of quality sales force at dealership
