Dish machine operator
Stock kitchen with serviceware throughout the shift
Keep the kitchen neat and tidy
Trash removal
Keep walk in coolers neat and orderly utilizing the food storage hierarchy
Property maintenance; maintain a clean property from random debris in the parking lot to stocking and cleaning guest restrooms
Operate, meeting all health and safety standards

A steward/ porter is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant. One of the most important roles in the kitchen.
