This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Stock Sales Supervisor to join a high performing team in the Michael Kors Flagship store in Serravalle Outlet. This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in management and stock daily operation of the store, including sales, customer service, operations and administration, communication, marketing and merchandising. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in his/her absence.
Ideal Profile:
Minimum 3 years retail experience with 2 years specialty in a supervisory or management role - A dynamic and energetic individual - A strong desire to achieve results - Exceptional people motivation and management skills - A passion for the industry and brand - Fluent English; additional languages
