      Supporting the HR function in a global organisation
      As a Student Assistant in the Global HR team (HRC&S) you will be exposed to a variety of tasks. You will get the opportunity to build a career within HR in a global environment characterized by inclusion, diversity, and initiative. More specifically, tasks will vary but will be related to:

      • Support our HR Director in HRC&S with facilitating learning opportunities, preparing talent processes and setting up workshops
      • Establish a SharePoint or Teams site as one-stop shop for all HR processes and programs for our Global Community
      • Gather data and prepare presentations for senior stakeholders
      • Planning and executing floor activities and gatherings, as well as other similar initiatives in the department and the Global Office in general
      • Administrative support and assistance
      • Managing floor budget and billing

      You could be a match for this role if you are a great communicator with high sense of responsibility and a proactive approach. You value teamwork, and enjoy working in dynamic environments. You are organized and structured, and able to balance between different tasks and needs. Stakeholder management skills are a key to success, as you will be working with various stakeholders across levels. Additionally, we hope to see that:

      • You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or similar – ideally with 2 years before you graduate
      • You are attentive and proactive
      • You are a competent user of Microsoft Office – it is an advantage if you can convey complex messages in a simple and aesthetic way in PowerPoint.

      Your new team
      You will be part of the wider Global HR department, supporting the CHRO area. You will be collaborating with various members of the team, facilitating different needs within the department.

      Additional information
      This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
