      Job Description

Are you interested in a student position, where you get exposure to a variety of HR-tasks such as recruitment, employer branding and HR operation? And does the thought of working with early talents and rotational programs excite you? To support our early career team, we are looking for a student worker, who is ready to take on responsibility and expand your HR toolbox.

      Who You Are

We are looking for a student who is ready for new challenges in a complex organisation. We are not picky about which education you are currently pursuing, as long as you know a thing or two about people in organizations and work diligently with an eye for detail. We will teach you the rest, and maybe you can teach us a little something along the way too.

You consider yourself a top performer at university or your current job. Like we said, we are not picky, so we can honestly say that we do not care about the scores you have received in school. Rather, we care about your ambition and your ability to work in a team. Thus, you are the right one if you are looking for a place to work where you can learn by doing, get exposure to a truly global organisation, and put your expertise to work to contribute to the Danfoss people strategy.

      Who We Are

You will report directly into our Interim Postgraduate Program Lead, who also has the overall responsibility of our Postgraduates. However, you will also work closely with other parts of the Global Talent Acquisition team and the rest of the organization. You will further work closely with our graduates ensuring that they are set up for success.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Support the administration of our rotational graduate program(s); incl. (but not limited to) maintaining the SharePoint site, Handbook and other ad hoc tasks.
      • Recruitment support (screening, interview scheduling and sending assessments).
      • Co-develop, coordinate and evaluate all employer branding related activities, both digital (majority) and physical, to attract graduates.
      • Create presentations.

      Background & Skills

      • You are currently studying a relevant university degree, e.g., in communication, psychology, human resources or business administration, and are in the final year of your bachelor’s or first year of your master’s degree.
      • A specific interest in talent acquisition, early talent, employer branding and HR operation would not hurt.
      • You are flexible with your schedule and can work a minimum of 12 hours per week. And, of course, we are flexible around your exams, etc.
      • You know your way around in PowerPoint and SharePoint. If you know other HR systems like SuccessFactors that would be a plus.

      Workplace

      • You will be based at our office in central Copenhagen. However, we do offer a flexible working set-up.

      Now what?

Skip the cover letter, but be sure to include the following with your CV.

      • A few words about yourself
      • What excites you about the role?
      • Your university transcripts

When can you start? We would be happy to welcome you to our team as of August or September 2023.

If you have any questions, please send a text to our Interim Postgraduate Lead, Linda Pham at +45 42717284, with the text “Student Worker, Graduate Program” + your name, and she will get back to you as soon as possible.

      Employee Benefits

We are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:

      • Bonus system
      • Paid vacation
      • Flexible working hours
      • Possibility to work remotely
      • Pension plan
      • Personal insurance
