  Who We Are Looking For:

  We are seeking a detail-oriented Subscription Billing Associate to generate highly detailed, client-specific invoices for Cisco and other MFR software subscriptions and services. The ideal candidate will ensure billing accuracy and timely delivery by efficiently resolving issues, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  What you will be doing as a Subscription Billing Associate

  • Prepare customer billings and ensure accurate and timely delivery to the appropriate party
  • Create Enterprise Agreement (EA), Flex, and other software billing documents
  • Retrieve subscription data from Cisco tools CCW/CCWR to ensure accurate billing for new and modified subscriptions
  • Review invoices to identify errors prior to delivery.
  • Process and monitor returns and subsequent credit memos.
  • Identify recurring issues that result in incorrect billings
  • Collaborate with Subscription Renewal team on consistent basis.
  • Ensure customer files are set up accurately.
  • Establish relationship with customers as needed to ensure all requirements have been met.
  • Communicate with other organizational departments to resolve all discrepancies prior to initiating contact with customers

  Required education, technical skills, and/or experience:

  • 2+ years of Software Billing Experience required. Understanding of State, Local and Education (SLED) customer billing cycle a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Software subscriptions and related aspects such as modifications, true forward, renewals, single year, multiple year, and Enterprise Agreements required.
  • 2+ years NetSuite billing experience required.
  • SalesForce experience a plus.
  • Must work 8AM-5PM Eastern Standard time.
  • Must be well organized and a self-starter, detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately

  TRAVEL:

  Travel is occasionally required for this position. Must have a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.
