- Valid Nova Scotia Teacher Certification (minimum TC 5 or ITC preferred)
- Bachelor of Education
- Experience teaching grades P-12 .
- Ability to communicate and work alongside diverse cultural and racial backgrounds.
- Ability to value the voice and contribution of others while remaining open to corrective criticism.
