- $130 per day for non-degreed substitute teachers. u00A0
- $1 6 0 per day for Bachelor's degreed substitute teachers. u00A0
- Long-term assignments: $140 (non-degreed) or $1 8 0 (degreed) per day, starting from day 11 of consecutive assignment. u00A0
- Qualifications: Bacheloru2019s degree preferred OR at least 1 year of experience working with children . Must pass a background check.
- Skills: Strong English communication skills, belief in college for all, and commitment to being a positive influence on students.
- Follow lesson plans and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Engage with students to provide instruction and facilitate learning.
- Monitor student behavior and performance.
- Ensure student safety and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Complete all required professional development.
- Adhere to school policies and maintain student confidentiality. u00A0
- Hours: 7:15 a.m. u2013 4:15 p.m.
- Work a minimum of 1 assignment per week.
- Be punctual and complete all scheduled assignments.
- Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and patience.
- Communicate effectively and timely.
- Move around the classroom for extended periods and actively monitor the environment.
