Your Impact at SAM As an Office Technician, you will support office and field staff by processing incoming information and producing final Subsurface Utility project deliverables. You will report to the Project Manager and perform technical tasks utilizing the latest technology in the A/E/C industry. You will help increase land survey project efficiency and client satisfaction by: Accomplish the daily processing of data utilizing the SAM standards, including the evaluation of accuracy and sufficiency, all while ensuring compliance to applicable project and industry principles through frequent supervision and guidance of manager; Execute routine assessments and activities at a higher degree; Present quality control assistance of client-specific deliverables; Monitor field crew’s production and quality assurance; Complete QC checks on-site to verify the quality of work; Support the Company to achieve its vision and mission, while successfully practicing its core values related to employees, ethics, operational excellence, safety, integrity and corporate social responsibility; Perform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the Company’s strategic goals; Does not hold supervisory responsibilities in this position What You Bring to SAM Microstation/AutoCAD/ OpenRoads experience a plus Strong desire to learn; on-the-job training provided Strong computer and technical skills Our Perks Opportunity for hybrid work schedules for office positions – Work-life balance is on us Company paid premiums for medical, dental, vision, LTD and life insurance (HSA and FSA plans available) Generous paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays and parental leave) – Accrual starts immediately 401(k) program offers 100% employer match up to 5% Paid continuing education courses and tuition reimbursement Employee Assistance Program – Your mental health is our priority No glass ceiling!
