Overview Position focus for OSF HomeCare Pharmacy Expected salary for this position is $129,126-$151,902. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. POSITION SUMMARY: The Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing Pharmacy Services within their respective department. This position assists in managing pharmacy staff members to ensure policy, procedures, performance standards and service expectations are met and collaborates with the Operations Manager in taking corrective staff action planning to mitigate efforts that impact OSF Healthcare. The Pharmacy Supervisor works collaboratively and maintains positive relationships with facility administrators, stakeholders, and necessary committees to meet business, regulatory and service requirements. They assist in effectively managing the capital, financial, and human resources of the entity pharmacy department, including the pharmacy department's strategic plan, annual goals and policies/procedures. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's of Pharmacy with 5 years of hospital experience Experience: 1 year pharmacy experience. Licensure/ Certifications: Current State of Illinois License as a Pharmacist Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
