      Supplier Diversity Manager, EMEA – Sourcing and Procurement

      What this opportunity involves:

      JLL has a strong commitment to incorporating small and diverse businesses into its supply chain globally. Our global spend with diverse and small suppliers reached $2.24 billion in 2022 alone, and we have set a target to reach $2.5 billion by 2025.

      Reporting to the ESG Lead Americas – Sourcing and Procurement, the Supplier Diversity Manager will be responsible for the program management, reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement related to diverse and small suppliers in the EMEA region. The Supplier Diversity Manager will join the Global Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) Team, which is a year-old function building on a strong foundation within JLL S&P.

      The Global ESG team has a fantastic opportunity to incorporate ESG into annual procurement spend of ~$12.4 billion for JLL’s corporate operations and on behalf of clients. Additionally, the Global ESG Team is responsible for the data collection, validation and performance against our $2.5 billion target in collaboration with key partners throughout Sourcing and Procurement.

      Candidates based in the Greater London area are preferred, but can also be remote. Regardless this opportunity offers flexibility around when and where you work as long as strong ESG results are delivered.

      What this role involves:

      • Leading and executing annual plans to increase Tier 1 and 2 diverse spend in line with our regional and global targets, in partnership with ESG Sourcing teammates, Category Management and client account delivery teams
      • Managing the data process and governance around our supplier diversity data across multiple countries and categories, ensuring it is complete and accurate in the region
      • Identifying diverse suppliers and increasing their capabilities to meet JLL and JLL client needs
      • Developing supplier development and mentorship program for diverse suppliers
      • Building and maintaining a strong partnership with external diversity organizations (e.g., National Veteran Business Development Council and WEConnect International)
      • Attending and speaking at supplier diversity events either internally or externally
      • Developing, maintaining and sharing standard supplier diversity collateral that can be used in bids, RFx and for other purposes
      • Providing supplier diversity training internally and to suppliers
      • Building an industry-leading and commercially recognized supplier diversity program
      • Staying on top of best practices industry-wide and more broadly around supplier diversity in EMEA
      • Managing Modern Slavery programs, such as training, identifying risk and, contributing to JLL’s Modern Slavery Statement, for JLL and our clients’ supply chain across the region

      • Supplier diversity experience and knowledge (essential) and passion for broader ESG topics such as elimination of Modern Slavery, human rights, etc.
      • Expertise in data analysis including strong Excel skills
      • Ability to communicate across Sourcing & Procurement and business lines via succinct and clear writing, presentations or otherwise
      • Ability to represent Sourcing and Procurement as a subject matter expert to client accounts, business line leaders and clients externally
      • Proven track record of driving strong ESG results especially around supplier diversity and Modern Slavery
      • Proven ability to influence and manage change
      • Positive and fun attitude
      • Experience in sourcing / procurement or other relevant business experience across the EMEA region
      • Willingness to travel, as required
      • English is required; fluency in other languages a plus
