      Melissa & Doug, LLC has an opening for a Supply Chain ERP Business Analyst in Wilton, CT.

      The position duties are as follows:

      Support and work with ERP Supply Chain team and Project Management Office to optimize business process and map them to the Oracle Cloud ERP applications, specifically as they relate to Supply Chain (Order Management, Procure to Pay, Inventory, etc.). Drive the definition, optimization, and improvement of new and existing business processes through development of business and functional requirements. Manage process compliance as appropriate, including development and delivery of documentation and training materials. Perform testing and training to resolve issues and guide system use. Day-to-day job duties include:

      • Lead system configuration related to Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules/processes that include Order Management, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Product Hub, and Reporting;
      • Work with business users to gather, refine and document business requirements to enhance Oracle Cloud Financials functionality based upon approved user requirements;
      • Develop business cases, testing, and training plans;
      • Manage risks and issues that arise pertaining to ERP platforms;
      • Facilitate decision documents to assess options, benefits, and risks for PMO and business leaders;
      • Serve as the subject matter expert for the user community and understand the detailed system functionality that include security requirements and coordination of implementation;
      • Coordinate with business users for testing related to quarterly module upgrades, resolution of incidents, evaluation of defects, and validation of new functionality; and
      • Maintain overall design integrity of ERP processes and systems, using corporate and global success factors to create sustainable and scalable solutions.

      The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related field or foreign equivalent, followed by 4 years of progressively responsible experience with supply chain enterprise resource planning. Alternatively, employer will accept equivalent progressively responsible supply chain experience (minimum of 10 years). Experience must include:

      1. 4 years of experience or the alternative 10 years of experience with supply chain cloud implementation using market provided tools (e.g., Oracle or One Network).
      2. 4 years of experience or the alternative 10 years of experience with supply chain data analytics and presentation.

      Role permits full-time telecommuting. Must be available during normal business hours U.S. ET. Must be willing to travel to company headquarters in Wilton, CT, approximately four (4) times per year for onsite meetings and visits.
