      What you will do

      As a Consultant in GEP's growing Supply Chain Strategy practice, you will be at the forefront of shaping how leading global companies transform and optimize their supply chains. You’ll partner with client executives to design and deliver high-impact solutions that drive operational excellence, resilience, and sustainable value. Along the way, you’ll mentor junior colleagues, contribute to the expansion of our practice, and play a key role in strengthening GEP’s reputation as a leader in supply chain transformation.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Client Engagement Leadership: Lead consulting engagements focused on supply chain strategy, operations improvement, and transformation initiatives.

      • Best Practice Application: Apply proven supply chain practices, frameworks, and analytical tools to deliver measurable impact for clients.

      • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct robust analysis to uncover operational inefficiencies and develop actionable recommendations.

      • Collaboration & Implementation: Work closely with cross-functional client teams to implement solutions and embed sustainable change.

      • Business Development Support: Contribute to proposals, presentations, and client relationship management to drive new opportunities.

      • Team Development: Mentor and coach consultants and analysts on project delivery and professional growth.

      What you should bring

      • Educational Background: MBA or Master’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

      • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or a related role.

      • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain strategy, operations, and performance improvement methodologies.

      • Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing and diagnosing performance data to inform recommendations.

      • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and client-facing abilities.

      • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed (up to 80%).
