      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
      - Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
      - Manage high-level relationships with Key Accounts and drive revenue achievement
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies and customer solutions
      - Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, specifically in surge protection or switchgear
      - Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
      - Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales analytics tools
      - Ability to travel internationally and navigate construction project sites

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with surge protection or switchgear sales
      - Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
      - Established relationships with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
      - Experience in developing and executing training programs for sales teams
      - Familiarity with market trends and customer needs in the electrical solutions sector
