What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all managerial and administrative aspects of survey projects, including estimating, scheduling, and quality control
- Provide direct management and support to a team of survey professionals
- Conduct annual performance reviews and manage time-off requests for direct reports
- Develop scopes and proposals for new work, ensuring accurate estimates and project deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure new projects and manage ongoing work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Land Surveying related knowledge and training
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Land Surveying
- Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) Certification or ability to obtain it
- LSIT Certification or ability to obtain it
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 3 or more employees
