- Req#: 1432
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for all position levels, from advertising to offer negotiation, for our Canadian and US office locations
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and ensure recruitment activities are aligned
- Coordinate activities related to employee relations, learning and development, benefits, leave administration and other HR activities
- Utilize appropriate social media networks to source and attract top talent
- Organize recruitment events including career fairs, information sessions and group interview sessions
- Manage the employee referral program
- Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Taleo) is kept up to date and is used effectively
- Partner with post-secondary institutions to effectively hire co-op and new grad positions, attending on-campus event as required
- A university degree, college diploma or certificate in Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of work experience in a similar HR role
- Demonstrable success in managing high volume recruitment requirements in a matrix organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and candidates
- Pro-active with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally Taleo)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Knowledge of market tools, techniques, and trends in the locations and sectors in which BMT operate
- Current Canadian Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain
