      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers to draft, update, and refine job descriptions aligned with business needs
      - Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels to build strong hiring pipelines
      - Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate interview rounds with internal teams
      - Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication throughout the hiring process to deliver a positive candidate experience
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and hiring tracker, including interview feedback and next steps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent coordination, HR operations, or a similar people-facing role
      - Strong interest in recruiting and candidate engagement
      - Hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent the employer professionally
      - Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and work with new tools and systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with ATS or hiring tools is a plus
      - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes and priorities simultaneously
      - Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to support the team as needed
