      We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to lead full-cycle recruitment for licensed professionals including Special Education Teachers, BCBAs, SLPs, Counselors, and more. In this high-impact role, you'll partner closely with school and regional leaders to design sourcing strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure every hire supports our mission to transform lives through education.

      What You'll Do

      • Lead full-cycle hiring for licensed roles from sourcing to onboarding
      • Partner with hiring managers to define needs and plan hiring strategies
      • Maintain consistent candidate communication and fast resume turnaround
      • Ensure hires meet compliance and licensure standards
      • Proactively source talent across across various platforms
      • Build and manage pipelines using tools like Ashby and Juicebox
      • Drive 33% of hires through proactive sourcing efforts
      • Use dashboards to track pipeline health and hiring metrics
      • Collaborate on cross-functional hiring and process improvement initiatives
      • Promote our employer brand through an active LinkedIn presence


      What You Bring

      • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in education, ABA, or healthcare.
      • Prior experience hiring for licensed or certified roles (e.g., teachers, clinicians, therapists).
      • Familiarity with state-specific licensure requirements and compliance standards.
      • Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g., UKG, Ashby, Juicebox)
      • Strong ability to operate independently, meet metrics, and build trusted relationships.
