      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead end-to-end recruiting for store management positions
      - Partner with Field Leadership and HR Business Partners to develop effective recruitment strategies
      - Provide a legendary candidate experience from initial contact through employment
      - Maintain requisitions and provide insightful reporting to hiring managers
      - Plan and/or support in-market hiring events and travel for recruitment purposes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in the retail industry
      - Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners and candidates
      - Proficiency with job boards, social media, Microsoft Suite, and Taleo
      - Willingness to adopt and champion the organization's vision

      - Experience in talent acquisition tools and technologies
      - A background in retail management or HR-related roles
      - Comfort with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
