What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive relationship management
- Actively source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
- Conduct initial phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates' fit and qualifications
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and pipeline activity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruitment experience
- Experience working in an ATS, such as Greenhouse
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing multiple open roles

- Experience recruiting for B2B sales professionals
- A strong presence on LinkedIn
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices
