      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support talent management and leadership development programs, including performance management and executive development offerings
      - Collaborate on tech enablement initiatives, including managing employee-facing digital assets and enhancing HRIS
      - Provide meeting preparation support and maintain the team's operational playbook
      - Manage the planning and execution of executive development offerings, including logistics for on-site and virtual events
      - Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring contract execution and budget alignment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
      - Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to document, plan, and execute programs with executive-level audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Oracle systems for Sourcing and Purchase Order processing
      - Functional knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) administration
